Xuchang Tongzhu Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Tongzhu Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the headquarters), with a registered capital of 3 million yuan. It was established in 2019 and is 

mainly responsible for the production of adsorbents, purifiers, desulfurizers, and catalysts. As the main production sector of the headquarters, Xuchang Tongzhuwill provide strong technical support and stable and reliable adsorbents for the company's gas 

purification and hydrogen production, and provide more diversified products for the market. This is a key decision made by the headquarters to adapt to the development trend of the new era. Xuchang Tongzhu will safeguard the sustainable development of the headquarters.

Adsorbents include pressure swing adsorption activated carbon, activated alumina, molecular sieve, silica gel, naphthalene removal activated carbon, activated carbon, and benzene removal agent. Among them, pressure swing adsorption activated carbon, activated alumina, 

and molecular sieve are mainly used in the pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production process. Under reasonable process conditions, the hydrogen production purity of this adsorbent can reach 99.9999%. Naphthalene removal activated carbon and benzene removal agent 

are adsorbents specially developed by our company for the precise removal of impurities such as naphthalene and benzene in coke oven gas. They can be combined with corresponding processes according to the different requirements of users for purifying gas. The refined 

naphthalene removal adsorbent is a commonly used product, and under reasonable process conditions, the depth of refined naphthalene removal can reach 1mg/Nm3.

Purification products contain degreasers. Our company has specially developed adsorbents for tar removal from coke oven gas. This series of products is used for the preliminary purification of coke oven gas, with special adsorption properties for tar in coke oven gas, 

and can adjust the distribution of intake airflow reasonably.

Desulfurizer products include iron oxide desulfurizer. The TZ-T0101 desulfurizer is a highly efficient solid desulfurizer for removing hydrogen sulfide at room temperature, widely used in the removal of hydrogen sulfide from gas sources such as natural gas and associated

 gas from oil fields. It can be used under normal temperature, normal pressure, or pressurized conditions. The TZ-T0102 desulfurizer is specifically developed for oxygen-containing gases like coal gas and is a new type of high-efficiency dry gas desulfurizer with strong 

adaptability. It can also be used under normal temperature, normal pressure, or pressurized conditions and has been widely applied in the removal of hydrogen sulfide from oxygen-containing gas flows such as coal gas. Both desulfurizers feature high sulfur capacity, high 

purification efficiency, strong adaptability, and excellent oil resistance (even when the gas contains heavy hydrocarbons, it does not affect the desulfurization effect).

The catalyst products include hydrolysis catalysts and palladium catalysts.

 The hydrolysis catalyst is a high-efficiency catalyst developed by our company for the water-gas shift process to remove organic sulfur from coking oven gas. It can be effectively proportioned based on the specificrequirements of users for organic sulfur removal in the 

gas, ultimately meeting the product parameter specifications of users. The palladium catalyst is developed by our company for high-purity hydrogen productionthrough pressure swing adsorption, playing a critical role in the final quality of the hydrogen product.

The ET-type high-efficiency adsorbent is a coal gas desulfurization adsorbent jointly developed by the parent company and East China University of Science and Technology. It uses high-pore-volume activated carbon as the carrier, combined with weak alkaline substances 

and nitrogen-doped room-temperature selective catalytic oxidation of H2S, achieving a sulfur capacity of 50% to 80%, with the weak alkaline active material possessing partial regenerability. During over a year of industrial-scale trials at Baotou Steel, the ET-type 

high-efficiency adsorbent demonstrated excellent desulfurization performance, with a maximum sulfur capacity reaching 95.7%. On April 10, 2020, based on the completion of laboratory and industrial-scale preparation and performance testing of the ET-type high-efficiency 

adsorbent, all employees of Xuchang Tongzhu overcame numerous difficulties during the pandemic to successfully commission the production facility for the ET-type high-efficiency adsorbent. The estimated annual production capacity of the ET-type high-efficiency adsorbent 

reaches 3,000 tons, marking the industrialization of the parent company's new technology for hydrogen sulfide removal in coal gas. Compared to traditional iron oxide desulfurants, the ET-type adsorbent boasts outstanding advantages such as ultra-high sulfur capacity, 

strong stability, and high desulfurization precision.

Traditional iron-based and zinc-based desulfurization agents require frequent replacement due to their low sulfur capacity, leading to increased catalyst and operational costs. The newly introduced ET-type highefficiency adsorbent holds significant economic and 

environmental value. Our company plans to achieve full-scale promotion of the ET-type high-efficiency adsorbent within two years, covering all users in China'ssteel and coking industries. This will meet the desulfurization standards for gas purification in these sectors

 while reducing operational costs by at least 50% for all users. Ultimately, it will foster healthyand green development in the industry, creating a new win-win scenario.
